ACRS.Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced
Steel-cored aluminum strand is a composite conductor widely used in transmission lines, consisting of aluminum wires and a steel core. Its structure combines the excellent conductivity of aluminum with the high strength of steel, making it suitable for long-distance and large-span power transmission.
Overhead insulated cable
Overhead insulated cables are overhead conductors equipped with an insulating layer and protective sheath. They are a type of specialized cable manufactured using a process similar to that of cross-linked cables. They represent a new transmission method between overhead lines and underground cables. Overhead cables are all single-core and, according to their different structures, can be divided into hard aluminum wire structures, hard-drawn copper wire structures, aluminum alloy wire structures, steel-core or aluminum alloy core support structures, and self-supporting three-core stranded structures (the conductors can be hard aluminum or hard copper wires). They have main characteristics such as high power supply reliability, good power supply safety, ease of installation and maintenance, and reasonable economy.
Aluminum alloy cable
Aluminum alloy power cables make up for the shortcomings of traditional pure aluminum cables. Although they do not improve the electrical conductivity of the cable, their bending performance, creep resistance, and corrosion resistance are greatly enhanced, ensuring that the cable maintains continuous performance stability during long-term overload and overheating. Aluminum alloy conductor cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed power cables: They use sunlight-resistant flame-retardant PVC outer sheaths, suitable for overhead or conduit laying in dry or humid environments.
Low-voltage power cable
Low-voltage power cables, rated for 0.6/1KV and 1.8/3KV, feature cross-linked polyethylene insulation, PVC insulation, and conductors made of copper, aluminum, or aluminum alloy. These power cables are designed for use in engineering distribution networks, industrial installations, and large-scale projects.
